  • Program Manager, DC Initiatives 

The program manager will focus on projects related to health and housing, workforce development and community health worker policy, equity, and partnership development through the convening of multi-sectoral partners to advance programs, policy and systems change in the District of Columbia.   • Senior Program Manager, Food Systems Innovation

The senior program manager (SPM), food systems innovation will manage our growing food systems portfolio, particularly in Prince George’s County, Maryland. This position will include providing managerial leadership for food equity programs launched by the Prince George’s County Food Equity Council and IPHI. For more information, visit.

  • Senior Evaluation Manager

The senior evaluation manager will support information-based decision-making, measure and improve organizational and program performance, and foster evaluation business opportunities.   • Community Health Worker Trainer 

The community health worker (CHW) trainer will join IPHI’s nationally recognized CHW training program. This position will implement core competency skills training, continuing education programs, and specialty training for CHWs, their supervisors, and team members. For more information, visit.

  • Workforce Development Case Manager – CHW Academy

The workforce development case manager (WDCM) will coach, mentor, and support IPHI’s new CHW Academy. The CHW Academy will strengthen the public health workforce, provide a supportive environment for CHW Scholars, and expand upon IPHI’s existing CHW training program. For more information, visit.

  • Health Equity Trainer and Technical Assistance Coordinator

The health equity trainer and technical assistance (TA) coordinator will join IPHI’s growing national health equity training and technical assistance portfolio. The position will be responsible for developing and delivering health equity and anti-racism training in person and virtually, responding to health equity-related technical assistance requests with external partners, and providing coordination and logistical support across trainings.   • Community Health Worker – CHWs for a Healthy Virginia (Mount Rogers District) 

The community health worker (CHW) will serve as a frontline public health worker who is a trusted community member and closely understands the community served. This position will use his/her/their trusting relationships to serve as a liaison between health/social services to facilitate access to services and improve service delivery’s quality and cultural competence.
